FALL YEARBOOK PORTRAITS
SPRING PORTRAITS
BEFORE Portrait Day:
Creating the best school portrait experience does not just happen on portrait day. It starts well before. A successful portrait day begins with great preparation. We start by preparing the school, students, parents and our team for portrait day with timely communications, flyers, signage and checklists. We work closely with the school/coordinator to insure we understand and deliver on all your needs.
ON Portrait Day:
Providing exceptional portraits and trouble-free service is our ultimate goal. Our professional photographers keep portrait day running smoothly and quickly while taking care to get the best possible portrait of each student. With our state-of-the-art portrait matching software parents can view their child’s images online within minutes of being taken.
AFTER Portrait Day:
We go to extraordinary lengths to please our customers and make their portrait experience the best it can be. Our goal is to exceed their expectations. Each student/staff photographed will receive a personalized email/text link to view their photos within 24 hours of portrait day. Printed order forms are available upon request.
We know service items such as yearbook files, administration files, student IDs, etc. are very important and need to be fulfilled quickly and correctly. Our goal is to deliver on our promises and get your service items to you as quickly as possible. We know that by doing so, we turn our customers and schools into advocates for our business. They appreciate the service we provide and the highest compliment we receive is when they refer us to other schools.
LONG AFTER Portrait Day:
We understand that service does not end immediately after portrait day. If someone forgets, or can’t order immediately after portrait day, or just needs more photos/products, we keep portraits available for late or additional orders for years after portrait day. 7 years to be exact.
HOLIDAY PORTRAITS
We have multiple background options to satisfy your yearbook portrait background needs.
Although, gray, blue and browns are the most popular with yearbooks, we can do just about anything you need.
Show a little more personality with spring portraits. We can indoor or outdoor depending your your needs (and the weather).
Spring allows for more unique poses and freedoms to show off each students unique fashions.
Whether it’s for greeting cards or gifts, holiday portraits are great way for parents to share their child’s school years.
A variety of backgrounds and looks available for multiple holidays.
CLASS GROUP PORTRAITS
Traditional class group photos can be taken on the same day as the fall or spring portraits or on a completely separate day if needed.
Class group portraits can be customized with captions, logos and graphics for a unique look.
Virtual class group photos are a completely unique group photo that allows us to use individual portraits to create the group photo.
Custom graphics and captions really add to the uniqueness of the group portrait.
